been trained in a wide range of treatment methods. I have had significant challenges and trauma in my own life and have been in recovery for over a decade. I became a counselor because I want to help others experience the freedom that I experienced in my own treatment. I believe that because of my history, I am able to empathize with clients and help them feel comfortable. I aim to establish trust with clients from the time they enter my office and provide them with a safe space to talk about anything. What I love most about counseling is when clients realize their worth, that change is possible, and that they can overcome the obstacles that stand in their way.
