"I firmly believe in the influential role our thoughts play in shaping perspectives. This conviction drives my preference for utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy interventions, enabling my clients to comprehend the intricate link between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors."

About Me...

"I have been providing individual counseling services at Center for Positive Change since August 2023. My aspiration to pursue counseling was born out of personal battles with anxiety and depression, coupled with an incident during my teenage years when a friend attempted suicide. In 2012, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ball State University, followed by the completion of my Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University South Bend in 2017. I obtained licensure as a Social Worker in the state of Indiana in 2018, achieving the status of Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2021. I have been working in the mental health field for 12 years with individuals and families across diverse settings including inpatient care, hospice, and foster care. My professional focus centers on supporting teens and adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I firmly believe in the influential role our thoughts play in shaping perspectives. This conviction drives my preference for utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy interventions, enabling my clients to comprehend the intricate link between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors."
