Domestic Violence - Victim & Perpetrator
Center For Positive Change offers a Batterer's Intervention Program (BIP) certified by the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV) which meets the requirements under State Law for court-mandated participants. ICADV recognizes three core principles that are the foundation for any work with people who batter. Each principle has several activities that ICADV sees as critical practices under the principles. The core principles of practice are below.

The two levels of accountability are critical for our BIP program: ensuring the accountability of those who batter and ensuring that the facilitators themselves and supporting systems are accountable.
